Rapid recovery noted
We recovered from the acute respiratory viral infection quite easily. I initially hesitated to write a review until I tried it on my family. I didn't use it for prevention, but rather when I noticed symptoms myself. When I woke with a sore throat, I remembered Sambucol. I took two spoons four times a day, and after two doses, I felt better. By the next morning, the sore throat was nearly gone, although I still used a spray. My son later caught a sore throat and runny nose, but after using Sambucol, his symptoms were much milder. Though it may be a coincidence or self-hypnosis, we did recover swiftly this time. I also appreciate that it helps the body cope with fevers naturally due to the zinc and vitamin C.
